On September 25, the 5th China Public Charity Project Exchange Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Mercy Exhibition") which lasted three days ended in Shenzhen.

With the active participation of all sectors of society, the scale and influence of the Tzu Fair has been continuously enhanced. Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, sent a speech video to express his concern and wishes for the Fair.

The theme of the 5th Ci Fair is precise and clear, the project is practical and innovative, the conference and discussion are precise and efficient, the exhibition is comprehensive and stable, the news and publicity are sound and colorful, and the goal of "Four Platforms and One Grand Event" has been successfully achieved, which has left a brilliant mark in the process of implementing the charity method and promoting the development of philanthropy.

According to preliminary statistics, the exhibition attracted more than 2600 charitable organizations, enterprises and individuals from 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as 75 international public welfare organizations, representing an increase of about 11% over the previous exhibition; 510 docking projects totaled 13.322 billion yuan, an increase of 8.72% over the previous one; and 11 sub-topics conferences were held. More than 200 guests from home and abroad were invited to conduct in-depth discussions on issues such as sharing and philanthropy. More than 400 road shows, salons and public welfare experience activities were carried out. Nearly 550 delegates from 25 provinces and municipalities were invited to attend the closed-door meeting of a topic committee. The number of visitors reached 186,000, including about 20,000 in Baoan Community Branch.

The exhibition has achieved the following six characteristics and achievements.

First, the prominent theme has comprehensively strengthened the function of the exhibition as a platform for promoting good by law and helping poverty alleviation. The theme of this exhibition is "Promoting the Good by Law and Helping to Eliminate Poverty", closely related to the propaganda and implementation of charity law and the national strategy of eliminating poverty, strengthened the propaganda of charity law, and strived to create a good atmosphere for learning the usage of charity law. A special exhibition area for poverty alleviation and assistance was set up, which focused on the advanced experience and main achievements of social forces in participating in precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation, and promoted charity. Effective docking of resources and poverty alleviation needs has played a platform role in the implementation of charity law and helping poverty alleviation.

Secondly, optimizing the layout of the exhibition highlights the leading role of the exhibition in optimizing the philanthropic ecology. This charity exhibition focuses on the construction of charity ecosystem, internalizes all links and elements of charity ecosystem chain in each section of the exhibition, classifies and lays out according to the supply side and demand side of charity resources, establishes charity culture plate and talent exchange exhibition area first, realizes the chain of exhibition layout, comprehensively displays the development outline of charity industry, and facilitates all-round exchanges among various subjects. Cooperation highlights the leading role of the exhibition in improving the industry chain and optimizing the charitable ecosystem.

Thirdly, cross-border innovation has effectively enhanced the international impact of the interactive platform for exhibitions and seminars. In accordance with the concept of transboundary, innovation, future and practice, the present Tzu Fair has made great efforts to build international public welfare summits and series of thematic conferences through the progressive form of peripheral meetings, special conferences, summits and closed-door meetings. It has established a conference discussion mode of topic collection, cross-border demonstration, conference observation, policy suggestions and results landing, and has realized the conference discussion. The internationalization, high-end and diversification have deepened the functions of the interactive platform for exhibitions and seminars.

Fourth, close to the public, effectively broaden the exhibition service community charity space. This exhibition optimizes the form of holding the exhibition, sets up the first community branch venue, concentrates on displaying the achievements of community charity development, closes the distance between charity and the masses, allows charity to further enter the community and penetrate into the public, effectively enhances public participation, and opens up a broader space for activities and communication platform for various community charitable organizations.

Fifth, co-construction and sharing have gradually deepened the operation mechanism of the socialization and specialization of exhibitions. This exhibition explores the establishment of curator system and membership system, strengthens the socialization and professionalization of the exhibition mode, with the help of industry exhibition strength, improves the responsibility, authority and independent operation ability of professional organizations in the exhibition, so that the exhibition can further take root in the industry and service industry, and truly become a platform for all sectors of society to build, share and win-win cooperation.

Sixthly, the propaganda is powerful, and it comprehensively strengthens the carrier role of the exhibition in disseminating philanthropic ideas. With the help of VR panoramic shooting, new media live broadcasting and other communication channels, this exhibition for the first time makes news publicity more in-depth, extensive and three-dimensional through all-round and three-dimensional media reporting forms. CCTV News Broadcast first broadcasted the grand event of the exhibition. More than 60 news media, including Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily and Guangming Daily, and more than 600 journalists participated in the coverage, which promoted the positive energy of society and made the philanthropic concept more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Relevant leaders of the organizer attended the summary conference. Meng Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of the Office of the Organizing Committee of the Civil Exhibition and Deputy Director of the Department of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, made a concluding speech. At the meeting, the results of the fifth charity Exhibition Conference and the annual resources docking of the members of the fifth charity exhibition were released. The relevant leaders of the organizers awarded prizes for the prize-winning projects, excellent co-sponsors, excellent executing agencies, cooperative units and excellent exhibitors.
