Because most of the charging pile cabinets are charged outdoors, it is very likely to be rained. How can the fan, an important part of its heat dissipation system, be waterproof? Is there any special design?

Tengshi Youchuang Technology for outdoor use of high-power cooling fan series, in the design of the mold has to do waterproof function considerations, mainly from the following two aspects to do protection treatment:

1. The ordinary motor is shown in Fig. 1. The coil is wound on the silicon steel sheet. As long as the buckle ring is opened and the fan blade is taken out, the motor line diagram can be seen. The cooling fan used in the charging pile cabinet, in order to protect the motor coil from rain, the best way is to seal the whole coil. As shown in Fig. 2, the coil is completely invisible, covered by a black insulation, and the water can not be soaked. It's coiled.

2. The control board of the opposite motor is landfilled with waterproof glue, so that the PCB board will not be oxidized when it touches water. After two steps of waterproof protection technology of the motor in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, it is not afraid of rainwater, and there is no problem for the cooling fan to work in the water. The waterproof grade reaches IPX7.
